Located just [hidden] meters from the slopes and [hidden] meters from the shops, this 37 m² apartment is situated in Résidence Pollux, in the Forêt area of Flaine. The free shuttle stop is only 50 meters away. Accessed via a walkway (level -2), the apartment is on the second floor without elevator. The south-facing balcony offers pleasant views of the pine trees and ski area.
The apartment accommodates six guests with one bedroom featuring a [hidden] cm double bed, a living room with a [hidden] cm sofa bed for two, and two foldable single bunk beds in the entrance (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six). Duvets and pillows are stored under the double bed.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, two electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are available in the living room. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric systems.
