The property accommodates up to 5 guests. It includes a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and an enclosed mountain alcove with a bunk bed (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and there is a separate WC.

The kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, dishwasher, three induction hobs, and a refrigerator. Additional amenities include a television, washing machine, and a cellar. Heating and hot water are provided by a communal system.
