Sfeervol huisje

Het is een prachtig sfeervol chalet. Erg leuk ingericht. Mooi balkon en fijn dat het alleenstaand is. Het is niet fijn om hier met 6 volwassen personen te verblijven, toch te klein. Het is heel gehorig, in de kinderslaapkamers waren de matrassen doorgezakt. Geen plek voor opslag van ski's/snowboards en skischoenen. Dat was heel vervelend en stond de halve huiskamer vol met skischoenen en sneeuwschoenen.Ook was de ervaring met het bureau heel teleurstellend. Wij kwamen zaterdag heel laat aan door veel files. Gelukkig konden we de sleutel nog wel ophalen bij het kantoor. In het chalet kwamen wij er pas achter dat de handdoeken vergeten waren. De lakens stonden er wel in een zak. Gebeld met het bureau en gemaild. Nul reactie. Op zondag is het gesloten, maar ze hebben dus ook de mail niet gekeken en laten de gasten dus aan hun lot over. We hebben dus gewoon niet kunnen douchen voor twee dagen. Heel erg vervelend. Waren erg boos hierover. Maandag meteen in de ochtend naar het kantoor gegaan om dit te vertellen. Heel veel excuses en schaamte dat dit gebeurd was. Hebben ons de kosten van de schoonmaak aangeboden. Dat was wel sympathiek. Maar het feit dat ze onbereikbaar zijn, is niet goed te praten.
