Ideally located at the foot of the main gondola and ski school meeting points, this 75 m² duplex apartment is just 550 meters from the village center. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, it features a south-west-facing balcony offering beautiful views and excellent natural light.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, the apartment includes one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, two cabin rooms—one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two single beds—and a mezzanine with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The cabin windows open onto the mezzanine. The sleeping areas are spread over two levels: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet; upstairs, a shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric hobs. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, decorative fireplace, private ski locker (cave n°29), and covered parking space (n°8). The apartment has individual electric heating and hot water. Non-smoking accommodation.
