Same sheet for an entire week. No bathroom cleaning. Some days, no bath towels. Mold in the wall. Sewage smell. Pothole at the entrance. Dead bird for 3 days at the entrance. Staff more worried about their cell phone than serving the guests.

Quarto pequeno mas bonzinho, banheiro minusculo, sem porta sabanete, com vazamento do chuveiro e do vaso quando da descarga. A garagem do hotel é para 6 carros apenas. O meu carro teve que dormir na rua. A unica coisa que salva nesse hotel é o café da manha que é bom.

Bem localizado, Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã farto e bom. Mas o quarto era muito ruim, cheio de problemas e muito mal cuidado em termos de manutenção. Janela não fechava direito, frigobar vazando água, paredes todas sujas, banheiro velho e pendente de manutenções, box não existe e deixam até um rodo para o próprio hospede passar no chão do banheiro. Pisos quebrando, torneira se soltando. E toalhas extremamente finas e pequenas. Se fizessem um investimento para resolver esses problemas, se tornaria um dos melhores da região central da cidade.

O atendimento, no geral, é excelente. As pessoas da recepção são extremamente simpáticas e prestativas. No entanto, há alguns pontos negativos que precisam ser melhorados: A funcionária responsável pela limpeza por volta das 6h da manhã falando em voz muito alta no telefone no corredor, o que acaba acordando os hóspedes. Não há nenhum isolamento acústico; qualquer barulho no corredor é ouvido claramente dentro dos quartos. O ponto mais grave, na minha experiência, foi a questão da acessibilidade. Sou cadeirante e fui ao hotel com meu namorado. Comprei uma diária online e outra pessoalmente, e estive em contato com o hotel pelo WhatsApp até o dia da viagem. Em nenhum momento fui informada de que não há elevador no estacionamento que leve até o hotel. Pegamos uma chuva na sexta-feira, dia 19, e precisei esperar mais de 1h no estacionamento até que a chuva passasse para conseguir ir pelo lado de fora e acessar o elevador que leva aos quartos. Isso é um grande problema: não adianta ter um quarto acessível se o acesso principal não é. Nem tudo foi negativo: A cama é muito confortável. O café da manhã é delicioso. Entretanto, as almofadas que ficam em cima da cama estavam manchadas, o que deixou uma impressão ruim em relação à limpeza. •Resumo: O hotel tem pontos muito positivos, como atendimento cordial, bom café da manhã e cama confortável. Pena que o Banheiro não tem box

O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. Funcionários educados, receptivos e acolhedores. Porém, o banheiro muito ruim, sem box, o que não permite o aproveitamento da ducha, pois a força da água do chuveiro faz com que todo o banheiro molhe. Tomei banho com a ducha de mão. Senti falta de um espelho e um cesto de lixo no quarto.Banheiro muito pequeno. Quarto com janelas mofadas e vista muito ruim, da janela.No entanto, a construção é nova, o café da manhã bem gostoso, com bastante itens.E a localização do hotel muito boa.
