The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. We would stay again if the property was closer to Havelock. The reason we booked was because Evolve had it listed as "10 minutes from Havelock." The property is located 45 to 50 minutes by car or 20 to 30 minutes by ferry. I contacted the host and Evolve contacted me, defended the posting, told me I would not receive a refund and asked if I was vacating the property. I never asked for a refund or indicated I would be vacating. I will never book a property listed by Evolve again. Our host and property were great; Evolve was aggressive and defensive.
