As fotos não representam os apartamentos . São velhos e precisam de reforma, o banheiro tem item enferrujados e a água quente demora 20 minutos para chegar, o quarto tinha areia no chão e manchas de sujeira na parede tornam o ambiente mais triste. Copos do mini bar estavam usados e com líquido dentro de outro hóspede. A cama e a roupa de cama estavam ok. Não é um bom custo benefício levando em conta valor da diária. Localização na cidade e ambiente geral são ok.

O atendimento foi excelente, pessoal educado e solícito. A área da piscina externa é uma delícia, bem cuidada e linda. A piscina interna aquecida é boa, mas o espaço está sem manutenção adequada, paredes mofadas, espaço meio abandonado. O café da manhã é gostoso, só faltou mais opções de frutas. O quarto era razoável, cama confortável, mas o banheiro estava com vazamento, me pareceu meio sujo e sem manutenção; bem ruim! Apesar disso, a estadia foi agradável, no geral.

Foi uma grata surpresa. Evitava me hospedar no hotel por causa das avaliações negativas. Mas acredito que o tenham resolvido grande parte dos problemas, pois achei o hotel limpo, confortável, equipe gentil e atenciosa.
