Charming holiday cottage located in a magnificent fortified house from the 14th century, steeped in history. This beautiful working wine estate lies in the heart of the Savoie vineyards, 17 km from Chambéry, the historic capital of the Dukes of Savoie and a city of Art and History. You benefit from a privileged location in the "heart of Savoie," at the crossroads of the Belledonne, Chartreuse, and Bauges mountain ranges, on the route to the main valleys and Savoie massifs (motorway 4 km away). Ideally situated between the Bauges and Chartreuse Natural Parks, you can explore the area in both winter and summer (skiing, hiking, cycling, etc.). Ski slopes are 23 km away. Thermal baths are 10 km away. Golf course is 9 km away. This is perfect for a wine-tasting stay, a family holiday, or business clients (business area 5 km away).



You will enjoy a preserved natural setting, very quiet, warm, and cosy. There is a large sun-exposed terrace, a pleasant landscaped garden, and a superb panorama of the mountains and Mont-Blanc.



The fortified house includes 1 holiday cottage and the owners' accommodation. On the 1st and 2nd floors: living room-kitchen-lounge (2 pull-out single beds), 5G internet access, 2 bedrooms (3 single beds / 1 double bed), bathroom (shower). Private balcony and terrace. Enclosed inner courtyard and shared grounds.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option, as well as the cleaning package, to be requested directly from the owner.
