Great Apartment - 2 Bedrooms & Sunny Terrace with panoramic mountains views
The apartment forms the upper floor of our traditional Spanish cortijo.
It is situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of La Perla , within walking distance of the pretty village of Arboleas with all amenities and close to the town of Albox .
Being nestled in the heart of the beautiful Almanzora Valley makes it an ideal location for walking , cycling and exploring the area.
The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 30 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 40 minutes.
The space
An exterior staircase to the side of the house leads up to the generous sized private sun terrace offering stunning views over the valley and of course plenty of sun.
From the terrace a main door gives access to the apartment, entering straight into the large bright lounge area, Through an archway from the lounge is a good sized well equipped kitchen /dining area .
To the rear of the kitchen moving along a hallway lies the bathroom with shower over bath and the main bedroom with a king sized bed .
The second double bedroom with twin beds sits at the back of the lounge.
Guest access
As well as the private terrace guests are also welcome to make use of the garden to the front of the house.
Other things to note
Off street parking is available close to the house on a communal area.
Space is available in a locked garage for cycles or any large sports equipment if needed.
