This charming apartment offers a cosy and well-furnished bedroom, perfect for couples or friends. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate an additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances to prepare excellent meals, including a coffee machine with capsules provided. The bathroom is complete with a shower, WC and bidet, with a courtesy set, towels and hairdryer included for maximum comfort.

As provided for by Italian public safety regulations, before arrival all guests must complete the identification procedure through our secure check-in system. The procedure may include entering identity document details and an identity verification. Guests will also be required to sign the rental contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax. The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents in the guest's name.
