The cottage has an independent entrance and a veranda furnished with table and chairs with a side view of the sea as well as a private parking space.

Equipped with TV and satellite antenna, outdoor shower with hot water, hob, fridge freezer, oven and everything you need for cooking. You will also find everything you need for cleaning. Extra equipment: barbecue and communal washing machine.

Important notes on incidental expenses:Arrivals after hours must be agreed, a surcharge will be applied depending on the time. After 11 p.m. presence is not guaranteed.It is necessary to provide a mobile phone number and always communicate a time of arrival.

Within a radius of 15/20 km, you can visit: the Monte Linas chain in which the Montevecchio and Ingurtosu Geominerary Park is located; Piscinas with its famous dunes, the largest in Europe; Oristano, a town of great historical and cultural interest.
