The house is designed to offer comfort and functionality across two levels: on the lower floor you will find the living room with equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, oven, hob and everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes, with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one person. Also on the lower floor, a bedroom with bunk bed welcomes two guests in a practical and fun way, perfect for the little ones. The spacious covered panoramic terrace is the ideal space to enjoy breakfast outdoors, a sunset aperitif or simply the beauty of the dunes stretching out before your eyes. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom, welcoming and bright, furnished in an essential style, perfect for peaceful rest, and the bathroom with shower and all the essential comforts for a worry-free holiday. To comply with the identification obligations provided for by Italian regulations, all guests are required to complete, before arrival, the online check-in procedure through our secure system. During the procedure you will be asked to enter your identity document details, sign the rental contract and provide a debit or credit card as a guarantee for any damage or other amounts due in relation to your stay and, where applicable, for the payment of the tourist tax. Except for any amount relating to the tourist tax, no automatic charges will be made to your card.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the rental contract and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents addressed to the guest.
