Pretty little Arcachon house completely renovated. This year the house will benefit from a new American kitchen fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, storage space. Large terrace of 90 m2. Garden of about 200 m2. The house is about 1 km from the beach, 2 km from the golf course and the Moulleau. The house consists of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 in total and possibility to install an extra bed). The bedding is recent and of good quality. Quilts are available to tenants. Wonderful holiday

We have rented in Arcachon many times and always enjoyed - this was no different. A lovely property as advertised and the two bikes were a great advantage. As we were there during extremely high temperatures the availability of a fan in the property would have been an additional bonus. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others. Thank you

Eine Ferienwohnung in Form eines kleinen Chalets. HĂŒbsch und sehr zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Sehr freundliche und verstĂ€ndnisvolle Besitzer, wir haben sie zu Beginn mit vielen Fragen konfrontiert und sie haben uns alles gut und geduldig erklĂ€rt.Wenn wir die Möglichkeit haben kommen wir wieder. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande der sogenannten Winterstadt und dem großen Friedhof. Öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Wunderbare Terrasse und kleiner Garten mit Gartenhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Belle location, bien située !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Arcachon. La maison est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. On est à 25 mn à pied du centre d'arcachon, le quartier est trÚs calme. TrÚs bon accueil à l'arrivée.

TrÚs jolie petite maison bien située par rapport au centre d'Arcachon mais vis-à-vis avec un petit immeuble. Il manque juste un rideau ou une paroi de douche dans la salle de bain. Nous avons fait de trÚs jolies balades et visité avec plaisir tout le pourtour du bassin.

Séjour trÚs agréable quartier des Abatilles à Arcachon

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette maison confortable et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec une belle terrasse Ă  l'arriĂšre. Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© d'un bois pour promener nos deux petits chiens et la plage Pereire situĂ©e Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied, ainsi qu'une boulangerie et une petite Ă©picerie Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied. Le centre ville peut ĂȘtre rejoint facilement et le parc mauresque est tout prĂšs aussi. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par une personne trĂšs sympathique et Ă  l'Ă©coute. TrĂšs bonne adresse de vacances Ă  retenir pour un prochain sĂ©jour !

Une semaine de bien-ĂȘtre dans un presque chez soi !

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par la personne la plus charmante que nous pouvions imaginer , dans une maison qui nous ressemble. Depuis la conception, jusqu'Ă  la dĂ©coration. ÉquipĂ©e avec soin Ă  l'intĂ©rieur comme Ă  exterieur. La plage Ă  pied, en vĂ©lo c'est possible. La ville d'hiver aussi. Le bois tout juste Ă  une encablure ...... faut sauter par dessus le rond point ou le contourner qui est plus sage. Lana et Simba nos chiens ont apprĂ©ciĂ©. Ils ont aussi veillĂ© sur le jardin et la terrasse, l'un sur les planches, l'autre dans la petite vĂ©gĂ©tation juste au bord. Un Ă©pisode de bonheur pour tous, que dire d'autre. On deviendrait poĂšte ! Merci ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Si ce n'Ă©tait pas si loin.......
