The dining room, also facing north, allows you to fully enjoy the view while enjoying your meals. A hallway leads to a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a separate kitchen with a dining area. The south-facing bedroom is furnished with a 160x200cm bed for peaceful nights. The large terrace of approximately 20 m² offers a relaxation area facing the beach and the sea, equipped with furniture for unforgettable outdoor moments. A designated parking space with secure access (beeper or code) is available. This very pleasant apartment is well-equipped, including Internet/WIFI, offering an exceptional location to fully enjoy the maritime environment.
