Near the Château Deganne (Casino – Gaming Machines), on the penultimate floor with elevator in a secure and very well-maintained building: 1-bedroom apartment (T2) of approximately 45 m² with parking and terrace. North/South facing.

Entrance with closet/wardrobe – Separate WC with washbasin – Shower room (hydromassage shower) – South and West facing bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm), closet/wardrobe, TV – Dining room – North facing living room: 1 single sofa bed (120 cm), armchairs, TV… – Very well-equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, 6-burner gas hob, washer/dryer…).

Spacious terrace (over 6 m²), accessible from the kitchen and living room, with a beautiful panoramic view of the town and the Arcachon Basin. Awning, outdoor furniture…
Large private garage on the ground floor. Easy-to-maintain, very well-equipped, and very bright apartment. Internet/Wi-Fi. Excellent location, within walking distance: Beach 3 minutes, Leclerc supermarket 4 minutes, municipal market 9 minutes!
