A hallway leads to a first large, north-facing bedroom furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. A separate toilet with a washbasin is located on this floor. The second bedroom, without a window, offers two single beds (90 cm). The third bedroom, accessible from the second bedroom or the terrace, also includes a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom is accessible from either the first or second bedroom. The large, fully renovated kitchen is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator with a water dispenser, a conventional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a 6-burner gas cooktop, allowing you to prepare meals on-site.
