This spacious villa, typical of Arcachon architecture from the early 20th century, is located in one of the most sought-after residential areas of the bay. Nestled in the heart of a landscaped garden of over 2,200 m², it offers a rare and privileged setting.

In summer, you will enjoy an exceptional and unique stainless-steel swimming pool, secured and of very large dimensions (21 m x 7 m), with a 3 m diving board (3.5 m depth under the diving board). The pool is open from June 6 to September 26, depending on favorable weather conditions.

The villa has direct access to Pereire beach, via a wooded plot (only 300 m). The charming center of Moulleau, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 15-minute walk away.

During the summer, the tranquility of the neighborhood allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. You will find several sun loungers, a convivial garden lounge, as well as a large family table in exotic wood (10 seats + extra chairs if needed) set under a wide parasol. Nearby, a gas plancha and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal for outdoor meals.

Finally, the more active will enjoy the leisure areas set up in the garden: a ping-pong table and a badminton net blend harmoniously into this vast green space.

* Parking: possibility to park several vehicles in the garden. In the summer season (May to September), a covered garage can accommodate 2 cars.

* Included services: for any stay of two weeks or more, cleaning as well as a change of bed linen are included.
* Beds and linens: beds are made up for your arrival with mattress protector, under-blanket, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and duvet. Household linen is provided, including: one small and one large bath towel, one beach towel, and one fouta for the pool per person, renewed weekly.
* Additional services: on request, we can provide qualified staff who know the house well (housekeeper, cook, etc.). Please contact us for details and conditions.

Surroundings and nearby activities:

* Ideally located just a few hundred meters from the sea, the villa is close to the charming village of Moulleau, where everything can be done easily on foot or by bike. You will find numerous cafés, restaurants, and ice cream parlors popular with families. At the end of the pier, UBA boats provide several daily crossings to Cap Ferret or the Banc d’Arguin.
* Also nearby are the Arcachon Tennis Club, Thalazur Thalassotherapy center, and in the direction of La Teste, the Arcachon golf course.
* The villa is served by the EHO small electric bus line, which stops on demand for a very affordable price.
* Numerous cycle paths run through the area, perfect for family outings. Bicycle rentals delivered directly to the villa are available on request.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A security deposit of €3,500 will be requested as part of the rental. Managed via the secure online service **Swikly**, it is mandatory and must be completed prior to arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days after your departure, and subject to compliance with the general rental conditions and the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
