Ideally situated in the Aiguillon district, this charming, unique 50 m² flat with direct access to the beach will charm you with its brightness and its unique layout spread over two levels.

As soon as you enter, you reach the mezzanine sleeping area, featuring a 120 cm bed, perfect for one adult or two children. This level also includes a bathroom with a small bath, a vanity unit with a large mirror, and a toilet. You’ll also find a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables and large wardrobes for your personal belongings.

Heading down to the lower floor, you’ll find a pleasant, light-filled living area facing north. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, two electric hobs, mini oven, microwave, two small fridges, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.

The living area features a sofa, two armchairs and a television with a set-top box. This space opens onto a loggia that has been converted into a relaxation area, perfect for unwinding in the shelter.

Finally, you can make the most of the outdoors thanks to a large 9 m² balcony, equipped with a table and four chairs for peaceful meals.
