A stone's throw from the beach, next to the Croix des Marins pier (La Chapelle district), cycle paths and local shops, STUDIO of 21m2, on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, including: a entrance, a new bathroom with WC, a new equipped kitchenette in the living room (pull-out sofa bed/TV/WIFI), a south-facing balcony. No washing machine. Bicycle storage. No parking.
Ideal for a couple.
Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency: 1 pack 160cm: sheets + towels = 42€/week.
Optional cleaning package = €30.
During winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
