ARCACHON – THIERS JETTEY: THE BEACH AT THE FOOT OF THE RESIDENCE!
On the 3rd floor (with elevator) of an elegant 1970s residence, this approximately 20 m² studio apartment, fully renovated in May 2025, combines modern comfort with vintage charm. It can accommodate up to 3 people and features a pleasant west-facing balcony with unobstructed views and a side view of the famous Thiers Jetty and the city center beaches.
The entrance leads to a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a bidet. The bright main room offers a cleverly designed space with a 140 cm Murphy bed that transforms into a bench when folded down, as well as an armchair that converts into an extra bed. A small table allows you to enjoy meals indoors, facing a television. To the right, the functional kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor hood, combination microwave oven, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), toaster, kettle... The 8 m² balcony allows you to enjoy the afternoon sun with a pleasant view of the pool. The whole has been carefully renovated, modernized without sacrificing the charm of the materials and lines typical of the 70s. The location is ideal: the beach is literally at the foot of the building, as is a bike rental shop. A supermarket and a bakery are only 60 meters away, making daily life convenient and pleasant. The apartment does not have a parking space. Pets are not allowed. Linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership) and end-of-stay cleaning is included, subject to normal maintenance during the rental period.
