Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. It has the advantage of being crossing with 2 balconies, one exposed south and the other north, for a time of rest or for your meals. 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

Ideally located, you will enjoy all the attractions of the city. Discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park and its belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Basin!
Let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the Bird Island or the famous "cabanes tchanquées"!
Descent of the Leyre, at the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, the ride is sublime!
