In a small art deco-style residence, this 38 m² apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) sleeps 4. It faces east at the rear of the residence, making it very quiet. It features an entrance hall, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (washing machine, no dishwasher) with a separate bar and 4 stools (for dining), a sitting area (children's games and books available, a sofa bed with two 80 cm mattresses and small duvets, a TV), a bathroom (toilet, shower, vanity sink, hairdryer), and a bedroom (140 cm bed, closet, and wardrobe).
Baby equipment available: 1 high chair, 1 travel cot with mattress and topper, 1 bathtub, 1 booster seat, and 1 potty. No parking, no balcony, and no terrace.

Linens not provided; they can be rented through the agency, [hidden], 1 pack of 160 cm sheets + towels = €42/week; 1 pack of 90 cm sheets + towels = €32/week.
Optional cleaning fee: €60.

During the winter period (mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
