Studio cabin of approximately 33 m² on the ground floor of a secure residence. It can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a comfortable space for a pleasant stay.
At the entrance, you will find a cabin with 2 beds in 80 (including 1 "drawer" bed) as well as a bathroom with WC. The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (including a small refrigerator with a freezer section, a 2-burner induction hob, a hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a Senseo coffee maker) and a living room with an adjustable TV and a 140 sofa bed. An 8 m² loggia facing west and equipped with furniture invites you to take your meals and relax in peace. Its windows allow you to enjoy it whatever the weather.
The apartment, recently completely renovated with taste, has a contemporary and refined decoration as well as plenty of storage space. The apartment is equipped with Internet and WIFI. Parking is easy in the surrounding streets. Its location is ideal: the beach is at the end of the street (350 m), a grocery store (CarrefourMarket) is only 170 m away and the municipal market is accessible in 10-12 minutes on foot.
