A hallway leads to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, a shower room with a shower cubicle, and a south-facing master suite comprising a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. A second south-facing bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm) and offers storage space.
The approximately 10 m² south-facing loggia, overlooking Cours Desbiey, is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.
