ARCACHON, ABATILLES – 900 M FROM MOULLEAU AND THE BEACHES!
Ideally located in a residential area just a 10-minute walk from Arbousiers beach, this spacious family home extends over a wooded plot of more than 850 m². With its 180 m² spread over 3 levels, it offers sunny terraces and a peaceful garden, ideal for accommodating up to 12 people.
On the 1st floor, you enter a bright living room facing North and East, decorated with sofas and a fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), dishwasher for 6 place settings, microwave oven, traditional oven, 3 gas burners, extractor hood and Nespresso machine. You also have a friendly dining room. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, one facing south with a king-size bed (160 cm) and cupboard/wardrobe, and the other facing west and north with a king-size bed (160 cm) , television and cupboard/wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with two sinks. The mezzanine includes a TV lounge with comfortable sofas and a third bedroom facing south, equipped with a king-size bed (160 cm) and an adjoining bathroom with toilet. The garden level, also accessible from the garden, offers a space with laundry room (washing machine and dryer), an additional bathroom, two bedrooms (one facing east with a king-size bed (160 cm) and another master suite facing east with two single beds (90 cm) and an adjoining bathroom). There is also a separate toilet and a 6th bedroom with two bunk beds (80 cm) and a small window. Enjoy the two beautiful sunny terraces (to the South and to the East), equipped with furniture and an awning, as well as the green garden which surrounds the house. This house is equipped with WIFI/Internet, elegantly decorated, spacious and extremely bright. Its impeccable condition makes it an ideal choice.
