Excellente situation, plage à 2 pas et centre-ville à une petite promenade à pied, place parking, balcon.... charmant studio méritant un coup de frais (salle de bain, frigo bancal, 2 fenêtres simple vitrage) et en particulier le hall et l'escalier d'acces qui n'étaient pas propres du tout

un chouette petit studio

Studio idéal pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé. Dans un coin de ville très calme. (presque plus de vélos et coureurs à pied que de voitures). À une minute de la plage mais un peu loin du centre. Arcachon et son bassin sont vraiment un lieu de villégiature très beaux et agréables. Donne envie d'y revenir. Merci pour tout!
