Splendid Villa Arcachonnaise completely renovated, ideally located in the heart of Arcachon's iconic district: the summer city.
You will be just a few steps from downtown and will enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Basin & direct access to the beach.
Associating elegance, comfort, and authenticity, this magnificent Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 18 travelers.
In the vast interior of the villa, an atmosphere permeated with comfort, refinement, and elegance prevails.
The furniture and period decor were chosen to enhance the Villa's equipment and make it warm and welcoming throughout the year.
At the entrance, you will discover the inner courtyard where you can easily park 4 vehicles, a tree-lined garden with a heated Bath/Jacuzzi.
The Villa rises over 2 floors:
On the Garden Level, 4 suites including one with Basin view, large Living Room overlooking the seafront, fully equipped open kitchen, (back kitchen ideal for a chef's arrival). Winter garden fully openable, terrace on 3 levels with garden furniture and private beach access.
An independent entrance gives you access to the Left Ground Floor & the Upper Floor. You will enjoy a large living room, equipped kitchen, 3 suites (one of which is accessible by crossing the terrace), as well as a fourth bedroom with a separate bathroom, an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and outdoor dining area, a balcony offering an unobstructed view!
The "Marin Lodge" accommodation offers a room with an additional bathroom.
