Fully stocked and minutes from everything, this second-floor apartment is ready to be your home-away-from-home. This space gets great light and has a semi-private balcony with a cafe table that looks out over the neighborhood. Part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata, this sunny apartment is close to everything you want to do in Arcata. The building was built sometime in the 1950’s so it has both mid-century styling and modern comforts. Mid-century modern with vintage features and modern comfort. You will fall in love with this cute apartment stocked with everything you need on your vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like staying in to cook, or you can walk downtown to numerous delectable restaurants.

This apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a set of exterior stairs. Street parking only and is NOT subject to a time limit.
VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage. Cancellations will be charged the VRBO service fee.

Wonderful little spot

This place was perfect for our weekend stay with two small dogs. The listing was very accurate, the hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was well-stocked, clean and very conveniently-located just a couple blocks off the Arcata plaza.
