Arch Cape cottage with a View

Just listing again after a big Remodel includes all new Windows, doors, siding, deck, central heating, flooring, furnitilure, interior milwork, garage door& fresh paint. Photos will be updated when remodel is done & furniture added in late cottage is 705 sq ft but is open & roomy for size. 2nd bedroom access is a door thru 1st bedroom. 3rd sleep room is a small crows nest w 2 single beds. Crows nest has the best ocean view in the house. Fenced pet & kid friendly backyard & single garage.



Whole house. Cottage has a large back yard and sunny front porch & gatage.



But can be reached by phone thru your stay.



Cottage is located at the end of a dead end street with only 4 houses total. 3others are vacation rentals , directly across is full time residence. Please be respectful of noise and outside lights after 10 pm. Parking is in front of garage. Any cars directly in front of house impedes neighbors access.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Arch Cape Beach. A kitchen and a TV are available in the cottage.
