This splendid rustic-style villa is located in the countryside north of Antequera, and is the ideal accommodation to rent if you are looking to spend your holidays with family and friends, as it can accommodate up to 20 people. In addition, its position ensures privacy and tranquility, which will make you feel at home in a matter of seconds.

As soon as you enter through the main door, you will find a charming interior patio, which has a covered barbecue and an outdoor dining area. From here, you will have direct access to the two-story villa.

The house has 7 spacious bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other 6 on the ground floor. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and double sink. Of the six bedrooms on the ground floor, two have a double bed and three have two single beds each. The last bedroom is equipped with three 1.05 x 2 m beds. Two of the bedrooms also have air conditioning, as does the living room. The entire house has central heating, including the bathrooms.

Furnished with several comfortable sofas and armchairs, this room provides the most cozy atmosphere if you decide to spend your winter holidays here. In fact, it also has an imposing brick fireplace located in a corner of the living room. A dining area in the same room also has a fireplace. The living room leads to a fully equipped independent kitchen, whose huge countertop will make it easy to prepare meals for the entire group. A bathroom with a shower and a toilet complete the amenities of the interior area of the villa.

The exterior has beautiful corners where you can enjoy the breeze and the good weather of Andalusia. And you can do that in the huge fenced pool area, where there are up to 10 sun loungers that will allow you to enjoy the warm rays of the sun and rest like you've never done before. This area also presents a bathroom with a shower tray, an extra toilet and an outside shower. Between the pool and the house, there is a large covered porch with several dining areas. Lastly, you'll find a spacious covered kitchen on the other side of the pool, which features a 30-person dining table, air conditioning, and even a fireplace.

The villa's car park, accessed via a 180-metre dirt track, can accommodate up to 20 cars (and even a minibus). In the nearby town of Archidona, you will find a Mercadona supermarket, which offers home delivery of purchases.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
