We offer a beautiful apartment of 80m2 comfortable, and a roof terrace of the same size, 160m2 in total!

A private and secure staircase will take you to the 1st floor where the apartment is located.
On this level, on your left, are a bathroom / WC, a kitchen and a lounge with TV, all with a large balcony overlooking the street.
On your right, you will have two large bedrooms (double beds) with balcony also.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a bidet and a toilet.
Attention, towels are not provided!
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven and electric hob, extractor hood, large fridge and freezer) in order to concoct small dishes.

The rooms are all equipped with ceiling fans.

The outside staircase then takes you to the 2nd floor to the rooftop terrace with views of the mountains on one side and sea views on the other, as you can see from the pictures.
A large marble table and chairs will allow you to eat outside, a barbecue is also at your disposal as well as a shower with hot water and a sink.

Regarding the capacity of reception, the apartment is ideal for 4 people, but can also accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed for two people; as for the living room it can also be converted into a bedroom, the sofa being convertible into a bed.
There is also a box, to park your car, located 200m from the apartment.
