Swimming pool and tennis courts 1 km away (Ardentes), restaurant and pizzeria 500m away. Upon arrival, you can access the entrance either from the street or from the inner courtyard. The living area includes a large living room with a television and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a shower room.

Upstairs, a children's play area leads to two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and storage space. A second shower room and a toilet are also located upstairs.

The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).

Outside, enjoy garden furniture in the private courtyard, complete with a barbecue.

Private parking for 3 cars is available. A secure garage is provided for motorcycles and bicycles. A reinforced charging point is available for electric vehicles.

For long-term rentals, a mid-stay cleaning will be carried out every 15 days. This is a non-smoking property. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts)
