On the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a table and garden furniture, as well as a spacious private garden furnished with sun loungers and a ping-pong table. A barbecue area is also available.

You will appreciate a large, welcoming living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), which also opens onto the terrace and garden. There is also a spacious bedroom (accessible for people with disabilities) with a double bed, an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with wardrobes or closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet.
