Made a reservation which apparently was emailed to them a few minutes after midnight. I arrived at 3am, front desk told me they stop checking reservations at midnight. Didnt know I had one, and had sold my room to someone else. Had no rooms available. Couldnt find any rooms, and had to sleep in my car in the 30 degree weather. Called Customer Service and Customer Complaint #'s. All they said was they verified what happened, and filed a report. No offer to compensate me in any way. When I flat out asked for something for the major inconvience of not getting any sleep and being awake for 30 hours, they told me, "we didnt charge you anything". Worst customer service.

Rooms didn’t have clean towels, soap, toilet paper any of the normal hotel amenities room was very dirty opened. One towel and clumps of hair fell out, had never been washed after someone died their hair, but was folded and put in a room.

Its not anything i have 2 beds in a room tbat was not cleaned one i was bitting by a red wast on my arm we have killed more then 5 in the room .no towels no toilet paper and ive gotta wait on employee every time to open my door. Booked a room for 8 days with a kitchen. I expected it to be like the internet. Unfortunately it was so filthy blood on the walls, bugs everwhere, stained bed spread and yellow sheets. Doors didnt lock. It was the worst ive ever seen in my life. I will report. Breakfast was super unsanitary. Yuck! Ended up in a regular room, which i had to go soend $100 on cleaning products so i could even stay one night. Not happy at all!

Extremely disgusting and infested with ROACHES. Door entry keys don't work, only way to get in is by going to the office and have them unlock it with a master. We ended up not staying any of the 3 nights we had booked and was out $150 dollars because they refused to refund us. This place should not be up and running! They need to be shut down

Staff was great. But had construction all over hotel, very loud. And our key was not working, so when we would need back on our room we had to let the staff know and they would go unlock the door for us, which to us was an inconvenience.

didn't have the "deluxe king" we paid for but was given 2 beds "at no extra charge". it was 11 PM and I didn't want to drive any further. hotels.com has "free breakfast, laundry facilities, pool" Listed as amenities. Breakfast was a filthy counter with a pot of coffee. I asked the clerk for creamers. His reply was "sorry ma'am we only have sugar".Total dump. Our room was 109.... unsafe entry with a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. water ran ALL night in the bathtub. no trashcan in . Best description? YUCK

I did not like anything about the property. I didn't stay at the property. I rode and round the place and every part of the building from top to bottom had rotting wood, unstable looking conditions, and unstable looking individuals. Had yellow caution around the whole building. Why would Expedia or any travel site, book reservations for Red Roof Inn in Ardmore?

Horrible....

I booked 2 rooms. We specifically wanted a pool. But when we got there the pool was closed for renovating. That should have been stated on the website since it was ongoing. The rooms we're unclean. There was hair all in the shower i had to clean it before i could use it. My sons woke up to their whole floor covered in water..The beds made us itchy. Didnt see any bed bugs but something was making us itchy. The smell of weed was almost unbearable! Very loud a lot of banging and shouting all night long. There was absolutely no renovation work going on. The whole 2nd floor looked like it could come crashing down any minute.Bad cracks and rusty stairway and walkway. Didnt even have a working ice machine. The doors wouldnt latch closed and the locks were a joke. I would have left but the rooms were nonrefundable and i didnt have the money to rent more rooms. It was one of the worst hotels ive ever been in and i travel all over the US and practically live in hotels.

Upon check-in we were greeted professionally, but from there our stay at Red Roof Inn Ardmore was extremely disappointing. The first room we were given was filthy—trash on the floor, unmade beds, and a strong smell of smoke. It was also not the suite with kitchenette we had booked. Management moved us to another room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Traveling with two children, this was completely unacceptable. I asked about a refund but was told it wouldn’t be processed until after our stay, leaving us with no choice but to buy cleaning supplies ourselves just to make the room usable. Later, we realized we had no clean towels or pillows. The in-room phone was broken, and when supplies were finally delivered, they reeked of smoke and appeared used. The property was noisy and chaotic all night with honking and disturbances, making rest impossible. While we enjoyed our time in Ardmore, this hotel was not clean, safe, or family-friendly. It is misrepresented online, and I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider hosting this property.
