While we appreciated the last minute booking after a different reservation was cancelled at the last minute, the casita was disappointing. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ocean waves crash at the base of the house. Unfortunately the road was even closer. There was noisy traffic all night long. It felt as though we would awake with a car crashed into the house. I asked for the wifi password three times and never got it. The house has a microwave but no hotplate, stove or kettle despite having a frying pan and a bialetti. No mugs to make a hot drink. One bathroom had no light and smelled of sewage. The empty pool in front has not been functional in a long time and doesnt look like it will be anytime soon. Overall the value compared to the cost is very low.

Little gem to rest after a busy day exploring the town and enjoying the beach. Stunning view from the back terrace. Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it. The owner responds very fast, he was flexible with our requests and him and his staff are very polite. Thanks Angel!

Recommended.

Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations.
