Detached villa in the hills near Arenas with beautiful views of the sea and the coastal towns of Vélez-Málaga (11 km) and Torre del Mar. This ground-floor villa has a modern, light interior with a spacious kitchen, master bedroom with private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Outside, enjoy a private pool, sun terrace with loungers, and a spacious terrace with stunning views.

A short path (1 km) leads to the Bentomiz castle ruins, perfect for a picnic under the olive trees. Beaches are 9 km away in Algarrobo Costa, Torre del Mar offers shopping and a Thursday market, and Malaga (45 km) has a lively centre and cultural attractions. The access road is partly unpaved and steep, suitable for experienced drivers.

Following changes effective 1st of July 2025 in Spanish vacation rental legislation, all homeowners must collect detailed information from incoming guests, including full names, ID numbers, addresses, gender, and country of residence.
