This house is located in the hills of the province of Malaga. It has the necessary amenities and equipment for the whole family to enjoy their holidays in a peaceful environment. The 200 m2 of the house mix rustic and modern touches, creating a warm atmosphere for the enjoyment of the whole family. The spacious living area is fully equipped: here you will find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a kitchen with all the appliances you may need.

The four bedrooms of the house are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and two single beds each, which can be joined and separated as you prefer. Each of them has a shower and, in addition, one has a shower and a bathtub. In this way, the whole family can enjoy their stay in complete privacy.

The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating.

In the outdoor area, you will have a 30 m2 porch with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, to enjoy your meals with a view. The private plot of 6,000 m2 provides a magnificent private pool with views of the hills, surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing as long as you want. A private tennis court with lighting and Mediterranean vegetation characterise the rest of the plot. In this home, you will enjoy the authentic Andalusian experience, surrounded by privacy and palm trees, olive trees and orange trees. An outdoor toilet is available next to the pool.

Access to the house is possible via a 300-metre dirt track.

This villa offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
