AMAZING VIEW AND LOCATION

Our apartment is situated in a residential and gated area. It´s 10ms walking distance from Main Square, Santa Catalina Convent, Cathedral, churches and museums. It is at the top floor of a building (4 stages) where you will take nice pics of volcanoes and the City. It was a quiet area and you could even hear the river below at night. The apartment has natural light everywhere, and it´s spacious and modern. You can do exercise and BBQ in the green zone into the condominium.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Monasterio de la Recoleta. Features include laundry facilities. The apartment offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The Best Place to Stay in Arequipa

Sandra is the perfect host. She met us (late in the evening) at the apartment and showed us a few details that made our stay easy. she also had juisce, bread and water waiting for us. Sandra is very gifted in welcoming and engaging with strangers. The apartment has a beautiful view of the center of Arequipa, volcanoes and glaciers. A very unique find in this town and is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza de Armes. If you are considering this property...do not hesitate. It is a great place to stay.

Loved this condo!

We were fortunate to be the owners first renters from VRBO. Sandra was great and made us feel like one of the family. The view of Misti (famous volcano) from the living room and bedroom were phenomenal. The condo itself was very comfortable and the 5 of us loved the generous space we had. The neighborhood is safe and just a short walk to the square. If Arequipa is on your list of Peruvian destinations then this condo is for you. The building looks relatively new the only bummer is the building doesn't have an elevator to take you up to the top floor (4 floors).
