Casa del Cantore is a characteristic and welcoming two-story cottage surrounded by meadows and by green hills, in the border area between Umbria and Tuscany. It sleeps seven people. From Casa del Cantore you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding hills and of the forest. Casa del Cantore is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 30 km (18.6 miles) from the center of Arezzo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa del Cantore from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a children's playground.
Ground FloorKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a wood bench. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden, climbing two steps,. The room also has a window.
First FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs, a wood bench and a divan that unfolds into a French bed. The room has two windows.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
