A 500 metri dalla casa c'è Piazza Grande e poco sopra il famoso Duomo di Arezzo con la forma a matita, a 350 mt la basilica di san Francesco dove trovate affreschi di Piero della Francesca. A 300 mt c'è la Stazione Centrale. I grandi parcheggi cittadini sono tutti vicini: a 350 mt il Cadorna, l'Eden a 350 mt, il Baldaccio a 800 mt , l'autorimessa Campo di Marte a 600 mt e l'autorimessa S. Agostino a 400 mt.
