You can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway (4km aprox.) passing in front of the villa. The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo). This fabulous villa is located in the traditional village of Argaka and only few minutes' drive to Polis and the nearby small fishing port of Latchi.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double-door fridge/freezer), living/dining area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms: an en-suite twin bedroom, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom room. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. Two bedrooms have access in a large veranda offering exceptional sea views.

The property is walled and have direct access to the sea passing the road. The garden includes a private swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, a built-in BBQ, billiard and a covered veranda overlooking the pool.

From your villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (aprx.4km) and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coast line.

This fabulous villa has the benefit of short distance to several taverns and bars, a coffee shop/grill, a small supermarket and a kiosk. The villa is situated in a private location, in the beautiful village of Argaka, a traditional Cypriot village. This village is located about 6 minutes’ drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 50 minutes’ drive from Paphos and Paphos International Airport. Larnaka airport 2 hours drive.

The area offers plenty opportunities for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi marina with its famous fish taverns and Polis Chrysochous sea front town, are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.

The nearby resorts of Latchi and Polis offer a busier atmosphere filled with people and local amenities including cafes, shops and restaurants. At the small harbor in nearby Pomos you’ll also find traditional taverns scattered along the coastline.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally
