This superb specious beach front villa with large private pool is built in the spoilt coastline of Chrysochous Bay and just stone's throw away from the sea.

What's more the villa has a large pool and mature plants and trees, which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday! From the first-floor balconies you can enjoy pleasant sea views. The villa has a pool table and table tennis for everyone to enjoy. The authentic village of Polis, with its charming old towns, shops, local tavernas and beach, is just short drive away. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included in this 4-bedroom villa

The outside area is spacious, and the large swimming pool takes a center stage. If you fancy dining alfresco there is a BBQ and partially shaded terrace with seating. From the pool terrace, there is a gate opening on to a pathway leading to Chrysochous Bay Beach.

Living space: The ground floor space is mainly all open plans. The bright lounge has a comfortable seating area and a fireplace. On both sides there are large windows and patio doors that add ambient light to this room and open out to the pool. Next to the another set of patio doors is the dining area, which is full of light. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and has an island breakfast bar.
