It was a group of us arriving to the house and there were many issues from the time of the arrival. The AC in one of the rooms was not working, the wifi was not working, dirty dishes were in the kitchen cupboards. Basic necessities were not provided like toilet paper.
The customer service team was quick to respond to my issues but it took a while for them to fix the issues 2 days to fix the AC and wifi.
At one point we had a property manager come into the villa without our knowledge to wash dishes, which was odd. We drove up and the gate as well as the main door was wide open.
