It is a very modern flat, furnished with taste and quality materials.

BRINA APT is internally arranged on one floor. The flat has its own parking space with garage from which there is direct access to the private stairs leading to the entrance. In the garage there is a laundry area with sink, washing machine and freezer. The flat consists of a bright living room with TV area, table with chairs and access to the outdoor balcony with wonderful lake view. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, oven, coffee machine and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and a complete bathroom with shower. This entire area has French windows overlooking a comfortable outdoor area.

The flat does not have air conditioning, but fans will be at guests\' disposal. It has 1 private parking space in the garage, Wi-Fi, and can accommodate up to 4 people.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGBRINA APT is easily accessible by car, as it has a private car park and garage. The flat is located on the first floor of the building, reached by an internal staircase.ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGSArgegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Argegno lakeside: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, the boat and bus stop will be at your disposal. We recommend travelling by car, as the flat has a private car park. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
