The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in ArgelĂšs-sur-Mer offers this charming 100 mÂČ house for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 travellers, but is unsuitable for a group of young people. It has a lovely 35 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 35 mÂČ garden and terrace. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 mÂČ living room with TV, Wifi (fibre optic), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher, etc.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed, east-facing garden of approx. 35 mÂČ, partly gravelled with plant borders.
- A fully tiled, east-facing terrace of approx. 21 mÂČ with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For added comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, column fans in bedrooms.

The house is ideally located in ArgelĂšs-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in a residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Nestling at the foot of the AlbĂšres massif, the famous seaside resort of ArgelĂšs-sur-Mer combines all the ingredients for a holiday that's both sporty and lazy. Its vast 7-kilometre sandy beach, 12-hectare seafront pine forest and 3-kilometre tree-lined promenade make it a highly popular tourist destination. It also offers a wide range of water-based and land-based leisure activities.

Chez Colette Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Lucie a été trÚs accueillante et flexible sur les horaires, ce qui était trÚs appréciable. Le logement était conforme aux photos et à la description, bien équipé (particuliÚrement concernant la cuisine !), et propre. Malheureusement, la météo ne nous a permis de profiter de l'extérieur que le dernier jour. Le logement est certainement trÚs agréable aux beaux jours pour conserver un peu de fraßcheur, mais un peu sombre lorsque la météo n'est pas au rendez-vous. Merci pour le séjour !

Lucie qui nous a accueillis Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeante et serviable. 🙁 Rien n'est pensĂ© pour la location, tout est dĂ©pareillĂ© que ce soit les draps ou la vaisselle dont la propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer pour la vaisselle et les placards. Le gros soucis c'est les poubelles. Il n'y en a pas dans la cuisine et nous avons dĂ» passer notre week-end avec les containers sous la fenĂȘtre de la cuisine pleins des poubelles des prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires, merci au passage pour les asticots et l'odeur nausĂ©abonde!"
