House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events due to respect for the neighborhood and property. The house is a 3-minute walk from the center of the pretty market village of Argelès-Sur-Mer, and the SNCF train station. It is located 3 km from Argelès Plage and the marina, and a 30-minute drive from Perpignan Airport.

Great Stay

Property was well maintained in a good location close to centre of Argeles ville. House is well equipped with a lovely pool. Communication will owner and his father, who lives local was easy. Stayed for two weeks, without a car, using public transport when needed. Train station only a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend the property

Fantastic family-friendly accomodation!

We had a lovely and comfortable one week stay at the house. The house is very clean, well presented and has a well equipped kitchen. I have stayed at many places and I have always missed a thing or two in the kitchen, but not in this one! The house is in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance from the village and about 10 minutes drive to the La Racou beach. The communication with the host was very pleasant. The owner's dad lives in the area and is very friendly and always reachable for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place for any families looking for a holiday accomodation in Argeles Sur Mer.

An excellent stay in a very nice property

We spent some time to find the right property near Collioure and opted for this one primarily because of the pool. When we arrived we were super impressed by the size and space we had. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had all we needed for a wonderful stay. Paul the owner got back straight away to us with answers to our questions and his parents were really helpful when they popped over to say hello. Overall really pleased with our accommodation and would absolutely recommend.

Great, convenient location

The house is at the edge of Argeles village, perfectly placed for exploring the area and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking is easy outside the house and there is a charming little garden with fruit trees perfect for al freco lunches. Plenty of room, comfortable, everything you need for a break. The area is excellent for hiking and also has many small towns to discover. We didn’t meet the owner in person but our queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The house itself is very clean and well equipped. The weather was perfect while we were there and we hope to return one day.

Fantastic villa

This is a superb villa. It is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and well and thoughtfully equipped. The location is excellent, in easy walking distance of the village/town and its shops and restaurants. It is within a few minutes drive of the beach but the villa was so pleasant to use that we only ventured out on a few occasions. The pool area catches the sun all day but also has some lovely trees to enhance the area and afford some shade. The owner and his representative (father) were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We have rented villas all over Europe and this certainly ranks amongst the very best.

Great holiday house, very comfortable

Lovely house and holiday, cool rooms in hot weather, comfy beds, very spacious, clean and well equipped property. Secure pool area great for sunbathing, separate to a pretty shaded garden, all secluded and private. Beaches nearby are fantastic, as was the surrounding area, Ceret, Collioure, Elne. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

Fantastic - Totally recommend this holiday home

Fantastic house , spotless, fully equipped , in a great location . Less than 10 minutes walk to the town of Argles , with a good range of shops, restaurants and a typical street market every Wednesday and Saturday.. So many lovely little trips up and down the coast all worth a visit. The house is well laid out with a lovely safe garden fenced of from the swimming pool . This is truly a star find , and I can not recommend it highly enough . Many thanks Paul for all your help and for the great stay in your lovely home

Maison extraordinaire. La description est totalement conforme à la vérité. D une propreté exceptionnelle. Rien ne manque. Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine. Le village et les commerces sont à côté Pour la mer il faut une voiture mais ce n est pas loin. Le papa du propriétaire extrêmement gentil. Un parasol était cassé. 2 heures après nous en trouvions un neuf. Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Superbe maison

La maison est très agréable, propre et décorée avec goût. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Elle est spacieuse et par chance, il y a une clim dans le salon en plus des ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres de l'étage. Nous y avons séjourné durant une semaine de canicule et le papa du propriétaire a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous, jusqu'à nous ramener un lit enfant supplémentaire pour que notre petite de 4 ans dorme tout confort dans la pièce climatisée :) La cuisine était très bien équipée également, pratique car nous étions 6 à chaque repas. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour un bébé d'un an (chaise haute, couverts, lit et même jeux). La piscine était très agréable ! Au niveau de la localisation, la maison est très bien située. A quelques minutes à pied (ou en poussette) du centre d'Argelès. Nous avons pu découvrir les petits commerces alentour ainsi que les marchés. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour et nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison si vous passez par Argelès.

Perfektes Haus

Von Beginn an war alles von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Haus selber super. Sehr sauberes Haus, hell, freundlich und komplett hochwertig ausgestattet. Dazu noch ein schöner Pool und eine zentrale Lage. Der Bäcker ist mit dem Rad in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Dann ist man auch schon in der Altstadt von Argeles sur Mer. Die Schlüssel Übergabe erfolgt via Schlüsselsafe und ist damit völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus war einfach vorbereitet und wartete auf uns. Daran können sich andere Vermieter ein Beispiel nehmen. Der Vater des Vermieters wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder zurück.

superbe séjour

Avons séjourné dans cette magnifique villa du 17/07 au 31/07. Tout a été parfait, a notre arrivée une villa d'une grande propreté et de petites attentions laissées par le propriétaire qui est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Les personnes venus nous apportés du linge propre ou s'occuper de la piscine sont eux aussi adorables. Un quartier calme et proche du village atypique à pied donc pas de soucis pour stationner nos 2 véhicules. C'est vraiment les yeux fermés qui nous y retournerions. Encore un grand merci à Paul.

La proximité de la gare est appréciable, ainsi que des commerces du vieux village et de son ambiance. Contact et accueil du propriétaire appréciés.
