Ideally located near the Canal du Midi, a stone's throw from the picturesque village of Le Somail, Narbonne, and the Cathar city of Minerve, it is a perfect starting point for exploring the region. Adjoining the owners' house, this cottage offers comfort and privacy in a well-kept natural setting. In front of the cottage, a shaded pergola welcomes you for reading in the garden or al fresco dining with a plancha grill. You will also have access to the owners' swimming pool (11 x 4.20 m, secure, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., from June to September). The cottage consists of a bright living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds). The entire property is carefully furnished to ensure a simple and relaxing stay. A few meters away, a shared laundry room with a clothes horse is available. In a preserved area bathed in calm and light, this single-story gîte invites you to relax in the heart of the typical Aude landscape.
