In the village of Argy, accessible via a quiet street, this newly renovated townhouse is the ideal starting point for visits to Argy Castle, Valençay Castle, and the Loire Valley châteaux, as well as the charming village of Palluau-sur-Indre. It also serves as a perfect base for visiting the Beauval Zoo/Safari Park.
You'll also be close to the Brenne Regional Natural Park with its ponds and rich biodiversity.
Features include: a private enclosed garden, a garage, and a games room. On the first floor: a living room with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area equipped with reversible air conditioning; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm); one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm); a toilet; a shower room; and a balcony.
On the ground floor: a laundry room with a washing machine; a games room, perfect for card games; and a garage.
Outside: Garden furniture, private enclosed garden, secure charging point for electric vehicles.
One cleaning fee is charged every two weeks for business travelers.
