Inside the home, multiple hangout spaces ensure everyone has a place to unwind — from the garage game room filled with friendly competition, to the cozy basement lounge, to the upstairs loft perfect for kids to hang out.

Spend your days golfing at nearby courses such as Northern Bay, Sand Valley, Arrowhead, and Trappers Turn, relaxing at the beach on Castle Rock Lake, or enjoying the resort’s community amenities. Enjoy your stay in this 3,000 sq ft, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home designed to bring people together while still offering plenty of space to spread out. The home blends a welcoming golf-themed design with multiple entertainment zones that make it ideal for families, golf trips, or groups of friends traveling together.

With a garage game room filled with activities, a cozy basement lounge space, an upstairs loft area, and a warm dining area centered around a fireplace, guests will find plenty of ways to relax and enjoy their stay. The large dining table creates the perfect place to gather for meals, card games, or planning the next day’s tee time.

Step outside to take in views of the 12th green at Northern Bay Golf Course, relax around the fire pit, take a soak in the hot tub, or hop on one of the provided bikes to explore the resort community.

The upstairs loft area provides yet another space perfect for kids or additional relaxation.

Bikes for both adults and children are available for exploring the resort, and outdoor games like ladder ball and spikeball provide additional entertainment.

Guests will have access to the following throughout the home

Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the locked storage/cleaning closet in the lower level behind the TV. This room is to remain locked during the entirety of your stay.

Guests will also have access to Northern Bay Resort’s communal amenities (projected to open Memorial Day Weekend; SEE DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS), which include:
- Outdoor pool
- Hot tub
- Beach area
- Tennis courts/Pickleball courts
- Fitness center

Please note: Communal amenities are scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend.

The tennis and pickleball courts are scheduled to be resurfaced beginning the second week of June and will be closed for approximately 10 days following the start of work.

Other Things To Note
- The private hot tub at the home is for guests 18 years and older only. No exceptions.
- Please be aware that there is a camera located at the main entrance. These camera uses both video and audio recording.

House Rules
- No guests under the age of 18 years are permitted in the hot tub at anytime. Sorry, no exceptions.
- We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
- Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
- This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if any substance use has been used and extra cleaning services are needed.
- We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. If the pet is a service animal please feel free to share documentation. If any signs of a pet are found upon departure and extra cleaning services are needed there will be a $250 charge added.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Additional stay insurance is utilized to help with these accidents. Should anything be broken, please let us know immediately.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guests will be charged $50 per guest above the limit.
- Yellow wristbands MUST be worn by all during the duration of their use of the communal amenities (pool, hot tub, beach, tennis/pickleball court, fitness center). If an individual is observed to be without one, they will be asked to leave the communal area.
- To access the parking area for use of the communal amenities, you must obtain a parking pass from the Sunset Condominiums Association Office. This pass MUST be returned upon departure. Each pass not returned will result in a $10 charge per pass.

PLEASE NOTE:
- A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD will be placed, for the duration of your stay, on your credit card used for the booking. By confirming the reservation, you agree to this hold being placed.

- ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS' RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
