Detached house, former family farm dating from 1882, carefully restored while preserving its original character, on enclosed grounds of 600 m².

Nearby: Arlempdes (2 km) (medieval village, castle remains, chapel, on the banks of the Loire), Pradelles (16 km) (medieval village, church, cycle path, and draft horse museum).

All shops, services, and a weekly market on Monday mornings are available in Costaros (8 km). Ground floor: large living room-kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom (2 double beds), 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed and child's bed), shower room, toilet.

First floor: 4 bedrooms (5 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom (shower and bathtub), shower room, toilet.

The function room (70 m²) can be rented for €100/week.
